  • About Us

    We’re a warm and purpose-driven private paediatric OT practice that supports neurodivergent individuals aged 5 to 25 in living more comfortably, confidently, and authentically. We prioritise sensory regulation, emotional wellbeing, and identity-affirming care. We’re a small team with a big heart – and we’re growing!

  • About the Role

    This role is ideal for someone studying or qualified in allied health, education, or disability support, with a strong interest in OT and working with neurodivergent people.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver 1:1 and group therapy sessions using therapist-designed OT programs

    • (in-clinic, community, school, or home settings)

    • Facilitate OT-led social-emotional group sessions

    • Assist with the creation of visuals, therapy resources, and session materials

    • Help with basic clinic chores to keep the space welcoming and well-maintained

    • Support therapists with basic admin tasks (e.g., emails, parent letters)

    • Collaborate on group session planning and resource development

  • We’re Looking For Someone Who:

    • Has experience or a strong interest in working with neurodivergent children/teens

    • Brings energy, creativity, and a love of learning to their work

    • Is comfortable supporting children with emotional, sensory, and communication needs

    • Can work independently and take initiative while being part of a close-knit team

    • Is organised, flexible, and has great communication skills

    • Bonus if You Have:

      • Experience in disability, education, youth work, or mental health

      • Currently studying (or completed) OT, speech, psych, social work, or education

      • A WWCC, NDIS worker screening check, CPR, and your own vehicle
