Cancellations & Missed Appointments

NeurodiversOTy requires you to be at the agreed place of your appointment within a reasonable time or provide 2 clear business days’ notice for a cancellation otherwise 100% of your fee will be charged.
Cancellation within 4 days results in a 50% of your appointment fee being charged.
If the client’s parents/caregiver’s do not wish to be charged for the cancellation fee they agree for their provider to use the session time for client related work such as emailing teachers, health professionals related to your child’s intervention plan, reflect on child’s current intervention plan and goals to improve therapy intervention perspective, create resources for home/school, have a meeting with parents face to face or online instead.
Multiple Cancellation Penalty
The client’s parents/caregivers or designated decision maker cancels the client’s appointments more than 4 times within 6 months, the client’s parents/caregivers or designated decision maker agree that the client’s session time will no longer be theirs and will be given to an alternative client and will be put back on the waiting list for their preferred time. This does not mean a termination of services for the client.

Ending this Service Agreement
Should either Party wish to end this Service Agreement they must give 14 days notice unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
If either Party seriously breaches this Service Agreement the requirement of notice will be waived.
