Meet Georgie

Hi, I’m Georgie — a neurodivergent Occupational Therapist, supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.

My practice is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based care, with a strong focus on collaboration, emotional and sensory safety, and self-advocacy. I deeply value working alongside clients and their support networks to build practical, meaningful strategies that enhance participation and wellbeing across everyday life.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief that neurodivergent people deserve more than just “coping” — they deserve the opportunity to truly understand themselves. My why is supporting individuals to discover who they are, recognise their unique strengths, and better understand their nervous system so they can move toward self-acceptance, purpose, and joy in their lives.

Together, we explore supports that make life feel more accessible and sustainable — at home, in education settings, in the workplace, and within the wider community.

My Passion Areas

  • Supporting newly diagnosed Autistic and ADHD individuals through identity exploration, capacity-building, and building authenticity

  • Walking alongside neurodivergent people through pregnancy, motherhood, and beyond

  • Helping clients create neurodivergent-friendly homes and workspaces, drawing on my love of interior design and environmental OT

  • Mentoring and supporting new and emerging health professionals to grow their neuroaffirming practice, clinical reasoning, and reflective skills

I’m passionate about creating spaces where neurodivergent people feel understood, empowered, and supported to live in ways that genuinely work for them.
