Meet Lauren!

Developmental Educator

North Ryde, NSW & Telehealth

I am proudly neurodivergent myself.  In my own time, you’ll usually find me reading, exploring arts and crafts, gardening, or spending time with my two dogs, Evie and Tilly — who are very cute and absolutely my world.

I recognise each person as part of a broader ecosystem — family, community, identity, culture, and environment all matter. My work is collaborative, interest-led, and focused on building practical capacity. I create environments where people feel emotionally and psychologically safe — where their experiences are validated, autonomy respected, and there is no pressure to mask or change who they are.

My Passion Areas

I am deeply passionate about supporting ADHDers, autistic people, and AuDHDers of all ages to understand their neurodivergence, strengthen coping skills, advocate for themselves, and connect with other neurodivergent people. I support parents to better understand their child’s needs and foster collaborative, neuroaffirming relationships, building on strengths and interests.

I also have a strong interest in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and their support networks, including navigating life transitions, maintaining and developing skills, strengthening natural supports, and identifying meaningful opportunities aligned with a person’s goals and values.
