Hi, I’m Zippy, an OT who is passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and families!
In my work, I focus on understanding what’s getting in the way of everyday life and what might actually make things easier across home, work/school, and community settings.
I like to keep things practical and collaborative. Rather than jumping straight into strategies, I spend time getting a clear picture of what’s going on, then we work together to figure out supports that actually fit into real life
Meet Zippy
I support Autistic and ADHD individuals across areas like:
sensory processing and regulation
stress, burnout, and emotional regulation
executive functioning and daily routines
work/school participation and advocacy
social understanding and connection
identity and self-understanding
transitions and change
Alongside in-person work, I also offer Telehealth sessions for older teens and adults who want support with things like burnout, study or work demands, daily routines, or better understanding their own needs.
Before becoming an OT, I worked in early childhood education, which still really shapes how I think about kids, families, and development. I’m also a trained Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator as well as a Social Stencil facilitator.
Outside of work, I’m into sci-fi and fantasy books and TV shows, abstract watercolour painting, listening to audiobooks, playing Nintendo Switch, spending time with friends, and my bird Harry.
My Passion Areas
My passion is supporting neurodivergent teens and adults to better understand themselves, their needs, and how they can participate in everyday life in ways that feel meaningful to them. I enjoy working alongside people to build self-understanding, strengthen self-advocacy, and engage in activities that are important to them.
