OT Position

  • About Us

    We’re a warm and purpose-driven private paediatric OT practice that supports neurodivergent individuals aged 5 to 25 in living more comfortably, confidently, and authentically. We prioritise sensory regulation, emotional wellbeing, and identity-affirming care. We’re a small team with a big heart – and we’re growing!

  • As an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with a wide range of challenges, including Autistic individuals, those with ADHD, learning differences, sensory processing difficulties, and general challenges in their daily life.

    • Provide neuroaffirming OT services across 1:1, group, home, school, and community-based sessions

    • Collaborate with families and allied health teams to create meaningful, individualised therapy plans

    • Facilitate or co-facilitate social-emotional and life skills group programs

    • Contribute to resource creation, parent education, and client reports

    • Participate in team supervision, professional development, and case collaboration
